That was back when I made homemade pie crust -somewhere along the line I decided it wasn't worth the time. But homemade does taste better. Maybe I'll do it again this year -if Matt helps!

Veterans' Day

This is a paper Kevin wrote last year for a class in school. They were asked to interview a veteran and luckily Kevin knows one. Thanks to Skype Kevin was able to interview Grandpa O. while he was in Russia. I thought it was a fitting post for Veteran's Day. Dad, you might have to make a couple of corrections. :)

Apple Juice

A couple of weeks ago Matt, Kevin and I went to Bountiful to press apples with Mommer and Grandpa in their nifty apple press. We pressed 39 quarts of apple juice in about an hour. Scott was taking the ACT and John was working, so they missed out on the fun.
